SHIPPING POLICY:
Shipping is chosen by the customer when ordering and added to the final invoice.

Each fine art print is packed using bubble wrap and acid free paper securely packed in a cardboard tube.

All orders are to be sent on the 27th of March on the condition that payment via direct bank transfer has cleared. If transfer has not cleared in time we will contact you and ship at a later date (within 10 business days).

DELIVERY:
Deliveries in Europe are usually completed within 10 business days.

Deliveries to the rest of the world are usually completed within 20 business days.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT:
Custom and import fees may be claimed upon arrival to countries outside of the EU. These charges are set by local authorities and are to be cleared by the customer.

DAMAGE AND LOSS DURING TRANSIT:
If your fine art print arrives with any damage please get in touch as soon as possible and within 7 days of delivery. Please describe and attach pictures of the damage.
If available a replacement will be offered if not a full refund will be made.
In the event that a parcel is lost during transit please get in touch.

Please know that minimal handling marks may occur as part of the giclée printing process. These do not affect the overall appearance when framed and are not considered faults.

REFUNDS:

For customers within the EU the 14 day right of withdrawal applies. If you wish you wish to return your order please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order. The fine art print must be returned in its original packaging and condition. The customer is responsible for shipping and any import fees must be paid in advance with the currier.

If a shipment is refused upon delivery due to unpaid customs, taxes, or import fees and returned, I reserve the right to deduct any return shipping costs, customs charges, and related fees from the total refund.

Where approved refunds will be made within 14 business days after verifying the condition of the artwork.
